Access and Equity Council

The Access and Equity Council will establish initiatives to achieve an inclusive environment to promote diversity and serve as a support network for Eastfield College.

The Access and Equity Council is a collective team that offers a means of assembling together faculty, staff, deans, and administrators who can voice opinions, give valid input, and offer meaningful suggestions on existing issues that impact Eastfield College.

By serving as a resource group for the entire campus community, this council will utilize its talents and experience to promote understanding, acceptance and inclusion at Eastfield College. The Access and Equity Council aims to accomplish the following objectives:

• Provide meaningful suggestions to improve the campus climate at Eastfield College.

• Create channels of communication to receive recommendations and feedback from campus employees.

• To serve as a resource to enhance the college mission to value diversity.
