Method of PaymentWe accept the following methods of payment:
If you plan on paying by check, please place the date of birth and drivers license number of the person who signs the check on the check. Also include the students social security or I.D. number. Mail the check to our office @ Eastfield College, Attn: Business Office, 3737 Motley Drive, Mesquite, TX 75150. Refund ProceduresIf you paid by cash or check, your refund check will be mailed to the
address on file in the admissions office. Please allow 30 days for refunds
although sometimes the process will be completed sooner. Returned ChecksThere is a $20.00 charge for all returned checks. Payment must be made in the form of cash, money order or by credit card at the cashier window in C126. Installment Plan InformationThe installment plan is only available for college credit classes during the Fall and Spring semesters' regular registration. It is not available during late registration. 50% of your tuition plus a $15.00 service fee is due by the payment due date listed on your registration summary. The balance is divided into two equal payments, each due during the 6th and 11th week of classes. A $10.00 late fee is assessed for any payment made after the scheduled due date listed on your I.P. promissory note. Company or agency billing informationCompany or agency billing arrangements must be made prior to registration.
