Justin
Stuckey enters his first year
at Eastfield College. Bringing a wealth of experience and
success at all variety of levels, and the former University
of Arkansas-Little Rock Trojan brings a high-energy level
and tireless work ethic to the Harversters.
Stuckey was an administrative assistant coach for the NBDL's
Arkansas RimRockers for one year. There he helped with guards,
and on-court teaching.
Stuckey was the head coach of the 11-12 under Arkansas Hawks
AAU, where he led the Hawks to a top 5 finish in the nation
in 2004.
As a prep player, Stuckey was an Arkansas all-state performer
in basketball, and football. He led his high school football
team to a runner-up finish in 1998. Stuckey also led his team
to a school best 31-2 record his senior year, in which they
finished as the runner-up in the state championship game against
current Atlanta Hawk, and former Arkansas Razorback Joe Johnson.
Stuckey led his team in scoring, and steals as a senior.
Stuckey signed a letter of intent to play collegiate basketball
at the University of Lousiana-Lafayette. After one year, Stuckey
transferred to Bossier Parish Community College, where he
led the Caverliers in scoring, rebounding, assists, and steals,
and was all-region. Stuckey finished his career at the University
of Arkansas-Little Rock, where he was voted the team's best
defender. Stuckey was also part of the Trojan team who won
the 2004 Sun Belt Conference.
