Music is in the air at Eastfield

(Mesquite, TX) – The Eastfield College Music Department will be hosting its free musical recital series every Wednesday from February 4 through May 6 at 12:45 p.m. in Building F, Room 117 (unless otherwise noted).

This is an on-campus concert/seminar series designed to provide a laboratory and listening experience as an extension of classroom music studies. Concerts, seminars and workshops are presented by guest artists and lecturers, faculty members and students.  The Music Department feels strongly that a planned and balanced program of listening to live musical performances of high quality is the fundamental ingredient of your musical education.

April 22 – Eastfield String Department featuring Guitar Ensembles & Violin Students
April 29 – Cinco de Mayo Celebration – The “Mariachi Los Soles” Band *in performance hall*
