Employee of the Quarter.

Each quarter faculty and staff are asked to nominate their favorite employee who has demonstrated the following traits here at Eastfield College:

Reliable & Dependable
Above & Beyond
Creative & Innovative
Participated in Professional Development

Please complete the nomination form for your nominee and hit submit after reviewing the criteria and examples.

 Criteria:

1. Reliable & Dependable:
   1. Consistently responding to your needs with integrity in a timely manner. 
   2. Performing at or above expectation with urgency.
   3. Would never say: "It's not my job."  Meeting deadlines and Team Player.
   4. Always know this person will help.
2. Going Above & Beyond:
   1. Always finding time no matter how busy. 
   2. Participate in Eastfield's community service (i.e volunteering on/off campus)
   3. Exceeding job description and departmental functions.
3. Creative & Innovative:
   1. Realize a need and fill it. 
   2. Implement a change or assist with implementation of a departmental function change.
   3. For example: develop a program, locate money, implement a need for students or the college as a whole.
   4. Able to get through the roadblocks of paperwork.
4. Professional Development (Track It):
   1. Participates in Eastfield's various Professional Development programs.

Process:

The committee will review nominations, select the employee, forward to the immediate supervisor, Vice President of their division and President before announcing the winner.
