10 Measures to Focus on Success 2009-2010

Improve in-class and fall to spring retention
Improve success for first-time-in-college students
Increase percentage of eligible service-area residents enrolling at Eastfield
Increase the percentage of employees who are satisfied with employment at Eastfield College
Improve the percentage of credit and continuing education programs that meet or exceed established standards
Expand the return on investment for resource development and continuing education
Increase the number of contact hours generated by dual credit enrollments
Increase the percentage of local service area public high school graduates enrolling at EFC within one year of graduation
Increase the number of contact hours generated through technical-occupational courses
Increase the number of contact hours generated through transfer/ general education courses
