Access Database & Spreadsheets

The computer and web design application courses are offered in 16 hour formats and are designed for the technical dynamics of the office environment. Collectively these courses are offered at various levels of proficiency; beginning, intermediate, and advance. These courses are designed to develop workers into marketable employees for entry-level positions or to upgrade their skills sets for their technical work environment. The student will earn continuing education units upon successful completion.

Access Database 2002 (16 hours)
These courses are designed for students to learn how to use database application software to design a database; and use database applications software to access and query a database; use of database application software to implement a given database and design entry forms and report generation. Levels offered are for the beginner to the most advanced. Levels - l, 2, and 3

Microsoft Word 2002 (16 hours)
These courses are designed to prepare students to become proficient in word processing. Microsoft Word allows students to efficiently create professional looking documents such as letters, reports, and memorandums. In addition to creating documents the user is able to revise them easily. 
Levels offered are for the beginner to the most advanced. Levels - l, 2, and 3

Microsoft Excel 2002 (16 hours)
These courses provide a working spreadsheet application in Microsoft Excel; topics include formulas, functions, charting, formatting worksheets, and absolute cell references, working with large worksheets, what-if analysis, and using Excel to create office use documents.
Levels offered are for the beginner to the most advanced. Levels - l, 2, and 3
