Eastfield College Continuing Education StaffEastfield College Continuing Education consists of several response units designed to maximize the delivery of educational services to our Community: A general program that provides for the workforce development and community enrichment needs of all service area residents. The Criminal Justice Center, which responds with training required in the field of law enforcement. The Workforce Development Center, which addresses the needs of business and industry. The grant programs, which respond to the specific needs of special populations.
Center for Workforce Development Eastfield College is helping Business and Industry build a viable workforce by designing programs that relate specifically to the needs of their organization and courses that lead to professional certification. Courses can be delivered at the company site on a schedule convenient to the company. Program Directors work with a company to incorporate workforce needs into every aspect of training. Most instruction and curriculum can be customized to provide the skills and knowledge companies require for the new entry-level employee or for upgrading of skills.
