I am not able to print out my reports to my assigned queue.
Please check to make sure that the network cable is still connected to the printer and that the printer is powered on. There are lights that should flash quickly when the cable is connected to the printer. If there is no light activity, please send an Email to firstname.lastname@example.org. The Email should include the name of the print queue that you are trying to use.
If you are able to print to this queue with other programs, such as Groupwise or Office, please let us know that information as well. We will then determine why the Colleague jobs are not printing.
