What is an "Intruder Lockout" and why is my account locked?
After an incorrect password has been entered for a Novell account three times, Novell automatically locks the account to prevent further password guessing. If your Novell account has been locked, please send an Email to firstname.lastname@example.org that includes your name and User ID. We will then contact you to let you know your Novell account has been unlocked. When your account has been unlocked, you will be able to log in without any problems.
