Eastfield College Career Services works with students and former students of the Dallas County Community College District (DCCCD) to enhance their employment opportunities. Our goal is to assist employers in hiring personnel with the training and educational experience needed to fill positions in a wide variety of technical and occupational areas. All services are free to students, former students, and employers.

SERVICES FOR EMPLOYERS

• Job Listing service. By listing your job openings with this free service, your positions are accessible by job seekers at all seven campuses of the District: Eastfield, Richland, Brookhaven, North Lake, Mountain View, Cedar Valley, and El Centro. The DCCCD has approximately 63,000 credit students and 25,000 non-credit students each semester. The system is also available to alumni. The Internet-based service is available 24/7.

• On-campus fall and spring semester job fairs.

• On-campus recruiting arrangements throughout the year for meeting your employment needs.

• Job listing notebooks and bulletin board postings

• Availability of Career Specialists to visit with hiring managers from your company to discuss the resources and services of the Career Planning and Placement Center.

• Recruiters must abide by Eastfield College Recruiting Guidelines for Employers.
