Commander William Stuhr Scholarship Senior High School Military Dependents of all services. One award of $4,500, paid annually for 4 years. Must be a high school senior with junior or Senior year (1st half year) average grades in top 10% of his/her class; having financial need. USO-Metro Scholarship Program Sponsored by SATO Travel, valued at $2000. Applicant must be the spouse of an active duty enlisted service member E-5 or below as of 1 JAN 95, based (applicant and spouse) in greater Washington area (Baltimore to Quantico), a high school grad or GED equivalent, at least 17 years old, must type 30 words per minute. Upon successful completion of 9 week course (evenings), the awardee will receive a diploma certifying graduation from a professional travel academy.
