Timesheets

Please print a copy of this timesheet (PDF file) and take it with you each time you volunteer.  Keep a record of your hours and have your supervisor sign the timesheet each time you volunteer.  The deadlines are listed on the timesheet, as well as the instructions for turning it in to the Service Learning coordinator.
