Transcript Requests

Eastfield College official transcripts may be ordered in person, on-line, by mail or fax from the Admissions/Registrar's Office. Processing the transcript request may take up to 48 hours (two working days).  During non-peak registration, the process may take up to 7 business days.  Requests made during peak registration may take up to 10 business days.  Transcripts are free; however, there is a limit of five transcripts per address.

Please print this Transcript request form (pdf 45KB) and fill it out completely.

Information and materials required for transcript request:

  • Full name, student colleague ID or social security number, and phone number.
  • Address where transcript(s) should be mailed.
  • Signature REQUIRED or request will not be processed.
  • Copy of driver's license, or some other form of official photo ID, i.e. military, employee, or student.

Alert: A faxed or mailed request will NOT be processed if both the signature and a copy of an official photo I.D. are not submitted.

Degree Conferral Verification:

Since degree conferral information is included on the official transcript, a graduate may want to use a transcript for degree conferral verification. If a prospective graduate orders a transcript before the end of the semester and wants degree conferral information included on the transcript, please indicate on the transcript order form to hold sending the transcript until degree information has been recorded.
