Nov 9, WedAbilene Christian JVThe Men's Basketball Team defeated Abilene Christian University JV team 106-67 last night. Captain Cortnie Ross led the team with 24 points. Six other players scored in double digits in the game. Matt Griffin had 14 points, Ken Durham had 15 points, Demarco Latham and Greg Boxell each had 12 points, Schuyler Williams had 11 points and Brian Giddings ended up with 10 points. The Harvesters step back on the court on Saturday when they host Collin County Community College here at Eastfield at 2pm. We hope to see you at the game.

In a game were Eastfield was up by 10 points in the first half and up by five at halftime, the Harvesters lost in the closing seconds of the game. It was a very exciting game that was played in the Eastfield Gym. Demarco Latham led all scorers with 23 points, Freshman Ryan Rowe scored 13 points, Cortnie Ross added 12 points, and Matt Griffin Scored 10 points in the first half before getting injured and missing the second half. Collin County ended up shooting 38 total free throws in the game and Eastfield only shot 19 total free throws. The Harvesters record goes to 2-4 and we play Lon Morris College again this Tuesday in Jacksonville, Texas, and will return home to play Bayridge Christian College on Thursday at 7pm. Then we will travel to Hill College on Saturday to face-off with the Rebels.

Nov 17, ThuBay Ridge CollegeCaptain Cortnie Ross led all scorers with 22 points. Terrance McCollister scored 18 points, Ryan Rowe had 17 points, and Greg Boxell and Brian Giddings chipped in 10 points each. The Harvesters are now 3-5 and will play against Hill College on Saturday, November 19th at 4pm in Hillsboro, Texas.
Nov 19, SatHill CollegeEastfield was led by Captian Cortnie Ross who scored 17 points, eight rebounds and four steals. Demarco Latham nitched 15 points, five rebounds and three steals. Freshamn Ryan Rowe scored 14 points, and had five steals and five rebounds. Freshman Jason Prince scored 13 points off the bench and added four rebounds. The Harvesters next game will be Tuesday, November 22nd at Eastfield versus Grayson College.

Collin County now moves to 7-2 while Eastfield is at 5-7. With big wins over Division I foes Hill College and Collin County College.

Captain Cortnie Ross finished with 22 points. Forward Lonnie Wyche chipped in 15 points and as well as Forward Brian Giddings who scored 14 points. The Harvesters will play at home again on Saturday versus the Mountain Lions at 2 p.m..
