If you plan on paying by check, please place the date of birth and drivers license number of the person who signs the check on the check. Also include the students social security or I.D. number. DCCCD has partnered with Higher One to provide disbursement services for refunds/disbursements through the DCCCD Money Card. The DCCCD Money Card allows you to choose how you would like to receive any refund/disbursement. Refunds for tuition payments made by credit card will be credited back to the credit card unless you receive a waiver from admissions such as ad-valorem, reciprocal, etc which is considered financial aid. Refunds are not issued in cash.
There is a $25.00 charge for all returned checks. Payment must be made in the form of cash, money order or by credit card at the cashier window in C126.
The installment plan is only available for college credit classes during the Fall and Spring semesters' regular registration. It is not available during late registration. 50% of your tuition plus a $15.00 service fee is due by the payment due date listed on your registration summary. The balance is divided into two equal payments, each due during the 6th and 11th week of classes. A $10.00 late fee is assessed for any payment made after the scheduled due date listed on your I.P. promissory note.
Company or agency billing arrangements must be made prior to registration.
