Alternative/Sustainable Energy

Tomorrow’s Future

What is Alternative/Sustainable Energy?

Alternative/Sustainable Energy is the process of converting radiation from the sun, wind currents, and other alternative methods to produce electricity. Since the time of the invention of the first silicon solar cell and through the energy crisis of the 1970s, there has been a steady increase in the interest of Alternative/Sustainable Energy. With the ever increasing demand for energy sources to meet the expanding demand of America’s business/industry and home use, technicians are needed in every area of Alternative/Sustainable Energy. This includes manufacturing, installation, and service and repair of the equipment needed to produce and distribute electricity.
