International Conversation Partners

DCCCD Service Learning

Description: This program pairs native English speakers with Credit ESOL (Credit English for Speakers Of other Languages) students and Spanish learning students. Students work with one or two students to help them practice using English. They do not tutor; they simply engage in casual conversation and help the students learn more about American and Hispanic culture. Times are flexible, and you meet with students on campus.
