EM: Belly Dancing - DANZ 1000         $60.00
Prerequisites: age 50+
Learn elegant Middle Eastern Belly Dancing movements that use all the muscles of the body and provide stress relief. Topics  include historical aspects, hand, body posture, hip placements (lifts, locks, circles), moving steps, grapevine step, hip rolls, shoulder shimmies, push step, turns, connecting steps, sameha, body wave, piston hips. Leotards, tights or exercise attire. Classes are held off campus at Tatika’s Treasures, 2414 E. Hwy 80, Suite 303, Mesquite. Call  972-288-0042 for details.
