Ceremony begins at 4:30 p.m.
The guest entrance is located on the lower level of the Curtis Culwell Center.
We are pleased that you will be able to share this special occasion with your graduate. For the safety, comfort and enjoyment of all guests, please carefully review these instructions and the Curtis Culwell Center Rules and Regulations.
Each guest, including children, must have a ticket. Children under the age of three will not need a ticket if they will be sitting on a lap during the ceremony. Graduates will be given up to 10 tickets for their guests.
Parking is free for the graduates and all guests.
A glass-walled room, located at the top of the seating area, will be available for families with young children to go for a break. You will be able to watch and hear the ceremony from monitors while in the family room. Children may not be left unattended. The entrance to the family room is on the upper concourse level.
The Curtis Culwell Center Concession Stand will be open beginning at 3:30 p.m., selling drinks, snacks, hot dogs, and nachos. Please note: NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINK IS ALLOWED IN THE CURTIS CULWELL CENTER.
SIGN LANGUAGE INTERPRETER
Seats in the lower level of Section 114 will be reserved for guests who wish to view the sign language interpreter in close proximity during the ceremony. There will be an interpreter on the stage throughout the duration of the ceremony.
SECURITY CHECK AND RESTRICTED ITEMS
Your purses and bags will be inspected. Balloons, tripods, air horns, and confetti are among the list of restricted items. YOU WILL BE ASKED TO RETURN ANY RESTRICTED ITEMS TO YOUR VEHICLE.
Ceremony videos will be available to order at the Curtis Culwell Center.
