Current Position: President of Waukesha county technical college in Pewaukee, Wis.

Education: Brown holds a Masters in American history from the Catholic University of America.

Community Position(s): President of the National Council for Continuing Education and Training Outstanding Teaching award.

Dr. Velvie Green

Current Position: Provost and Executive Vice President for academic and student affairs at Grand Rapids community college, Grand Rapids, Mi.

Education: Green received a Ph.D.in Higher, Adult, Lifelong Education from Michigan State University

Community Position(s): Board member National Association of Negro Business and Professional Women. 

Dr. Martha Hughes

Current Position: Vice President of Instruction at North lake College, and an interim assignment to the same position at Eastfield College.

Education: Hughes has an Ed.D. (education doctorate) in higher education from the University of North Texas.

Community Position(s): Steering Committee member, the K-16 Project, involving DISD, Greater Dallas Chamber, UNT and DCCCD, with the American Association for Higher Education.

Dr. Paul Szuch

Current Position: Vice President for Instruction/Provost, West Campus, Pasco-Hernando Community College, in New Port Richey, Fla.

Education: Szuch has an Ed.D. (education doctorate) in higher education from Nova University.

Community Position(s): Steering Committee member and past Chair of the Florida Community College System and Council on Instructional Affairs.
