How do I create a rule to automatically forward eSafe messages into a managed folder?
1) You will need to create a folder to hold the eSafe messages. Right-click on the Cabinet folder in the folder view and choose "New Folder."
2) Click "Next" to create a Personal folder.
3) For the name of the folder, type "eSafe Messages" and then click on the "Next" button.
4) Click on the "Finish" button. This will create the folder.
5) Click on "Tools" on the toolbar and choose "Rules."
6) Click on the "New..." button.

7) Type in "eSafe Notification" for the rule name.
8) Click on the "Mail" box underneath "Item types:" and then click the "Define Conditions" button.
9) Choose "Message" from the drop-down list and type "eSafe" in the dialogue box.
10) Click on the "OK" button.
11) Click on the "Add Action" button.
12) Choose "Move to Folder..." from the drop-down menu.
13) Click the check box next to the "eSafe Notification" folder.
14) Click on the "Move" button.
15) Click the "Save" button to create the rule.
16) Make sure the box next to the eSafe Notification rule is checked and click on the "Close" button.
