How do I add a signature to my e-mails?

1) Click on "Tools" on the toolbar and choose "Options."

2) Double-click on the "Environment" picture icon.

3) Click on the "Signaure" tab.

4) Click on the "Signature" box.

5) Enter your desired signature in the comment box.

6) Click on the "OK" button.
