Support Helpdesk - Groupwise

I am not able to open e-mail attachments correctly.

1) Click on "Tools" on the toolbar and choose "Options."

2) Double-click on the "Environment" picture icon.

3) Click on the "Default Actions" tab.

4) Under File Attachments, select "Open attachment."

5) Under Message Attachments, select "Open in a new window."

6) Click on the "OK" button.
