What can I do if I have forgotten my Novell password and can't log into the network?

Please send an e-mail to pc911@dcccd.edu that includes your name and User ID. We will then contact you to let you know your Novell password has been reset. You will then be able to log into Novell without any problems and the computer will automatically prompt you for a new password.
