Eastfield College Computer Support Center Support Helpdesk - Network Issues
When I attempt to login, I get an error message stating that "tree cannot be found."
Please make sure that the network cable is connected in the back of the computer to the network port on the wall. If both ends of the cable are securely connected, please send an e-mail to pc911@dcccd.edu that includes your name and the barcode of your computer. We will need to check the network connection to see if it has stopped working.
