Support Helpdesk - Printing Problems

* Every time I attempt to print several blank pages come through.

* I have a paper jam in my printer.

* My printer is not printing and is instead just flashing lights.

* My printer is printing nonsense characters.

* On my printer's message screen is says "printer is offline."
