Support Helpdesk - Printing Problems

My printer is not printing and is instead just flashing lights.

Please check to make sure that there is paper loaded in the paper tray. If there is paper loaded, try turning off the printer for about five seconds and then turning it back on. If this does not resolve the problem, please send an e-mail to pc911@dcccd.edu that includes your name and the printer you are using.
