Support Helpdesk - Printing Problems

On my printer's message screen is says "printer is offline."

Please make sure that your printer is not out of paper. If your printer has a "Ready" or "Online" button, please press the button. Also, you can turn your printer off, wait five seconds and then turn it back on. If this does not resolve the problem, please send an e-mail to pc911@dcccd.edu that includes your name and the printer you are using.
