Did you receive a
Federal Pell grant or
Federal SEOG grant?

Effective August 26, 2002 federal regulations require you to repay a portion of these grant funds if you withdraw from all classes before completing 60% of the enrollment period

OR

You receive a failing grade in all classes unless you can prove that you attended class for at least 60% of the enrollment period
