Approximate Blood Alcohol Percentage In One Hour

Subtract .015 percent for each hour of drinking.
One drink is 1 oz. of 80 proof liquor at 40%, 12 oz. of beer at 4.5 percent,
or 4 oz. of wine at 12%.

In Texas that means .08 percent of Blood Alcohol Content or any
amount which results in loss of normal use of mental or physical facilities.
