TSI Boot Camps

There will not be any TSI testing on July 2 and July 3, 2019.

Didn't pass your math TSI and want to prepare to re-test? Are you currently in a developmental math course?

Eastfield College's STEM Academic and Student Success Center (SASS Center) is offering free online and on-campus Math TSI Prep Boot Camps for STEM students. All students who register for a TSI- prep boot camp, whether online or on-campus, are expected to spend a minimum of (4) hours each day working on TSI boot camp material. In order to achieve the best TSI- test results, students should put in the necessary time and effort into completing the full week-long TSI- prep course. After fully completing a TSI Boot Camp Course, students are given the opportunity to take or re-take the TSI test for FREE.

Save time and money! Improve your TSI score so that you can begin taking core courses and stay on track for earning your associate degree and/or transferring to a four-year school.

STEM-Focused Student Courses mean that the TSI pre course’s eligibility is for students interested in a STEM-science, technology, engineering or mathematics career ONLY. Non-STEM students should be referred to use the free TSI Prep tutoring and test preparation resources in the EFC Learning Commons (Room L-200) or online.

Types of TSI Prep Boot Camps

  • Online TSI-Boot Camp students complete their course work online and do not have an on-campus classroom to physically report to.
  • On-Campus TSI-Boot Camp is held in a classroom at Eastfield College. On-Campus camps require students to physically attend class on Monday through Friday from 9 a.m.-1 p.m. Check the course details for exact room location and date information. Contact the SASS Center for assistance.
