South Building

The new south building becomes the new front door to Cedar Valley College campus. The facility houses a new testing center, bookstore and classrooms for nursing and law enforcement.  Faculty enjoy new offices reflecting the beautiful views of the campus.  The plan also included renovation of vacated offices and instruction spaces.  The existing chiller was also replaced.
