eConnect can be used to request your transcript.
Your transcript is a listing of all courses taken within the colleges of DCCCD and it will include the last four digits of your social security number.
To request a transcript, navigate to the eConnect main menu page.
Click login in the upper right on the login page.
Log into eConnect using your seven digit student ID number and your password, which is case sensitive.
Now select the Submit button to log in.
The eConnect Current Credit Students menu page displays.
Select the Request My Transcript link, which is located under the My Personal Information section.
The Request My Transcript window displays.
Fields marked with a red asterisk are required for the Choose Transcript Type field.
Click the drop down arrow to select the type of transcript desired.
Process status field: Click the drop down arrow to select and indicate how the transcript request should be processed.
Now click the drop down arrow for the Transcript From field to select the desired DCCCD campus delivery method.
Click the drop down arrow to select how you would like for your transcript to be mailed.
Select the desired number of copies.
Only up to five copies can be requested via eConnect.
The phone field is optional; however, an email address is required.
Click the Submit button to submit the request.
The Request My Transcript Address Information form displays.
Fields marked with a red asterisk are required.
Complete all the required fields by entering the address of the individual to which the transcript will be sent.
Click the Submit button.
The Transcript Confirmation window displays as confirmation that your request has been received.
To exit or close out of the transcript window, you can use the Student Menu button to return back to the student menu or select the Log Out button to close and exit out of eConnect.
