Studies have shown an increase in college stress over the last few years, but with increasing competition, an ever-expanding number of stressors, a societal loss of personal communication, and escalating workloads, that seems like a no-brainer. What do we do when people we are close to start to bend under pressure? What can we do to help? How do we talk to our students and peers who are dealing with problems?
In this unique, game-based simulation, you will learn how to recognize the signs of distress, approach a student you are worried about, and determine where to go for help.
