Get Help Completing Your FAFSA With FAFSA Saturdays!

Need help completing your FAFSA? Join DCCCD for FAFSA Saturdays!

To help you (and your family) navigate the FAFSA form, financial aid counselors are hosting multiple weekend sessions to provide assistance.

FAFSA Saturday events will last from 9 a.m. - 2 p.m. and include:

  • Feb. 20, at Moises Molina High School, 2355 Duncanville Rd.
  • Feb. 20, at Lake Highlands High School, 9449 Church Rd.
  • Feb. 27, at Bryan Adams High School, 2101 Millmar Dr.
  • March 5, at David W. Carter High School, 1819 W. Wheatland Rd. 

FAFSA Saturdays are supported thanks to a partnership between Dallas County Community Colleges, Commit!, Dallas ISD and Richardson ISD. 

FAFSA Required Documents

If you attend FAFSA Saturday be sure to bring the following documents with you:

  • 2014 (or most recent) federal income tax returns and W-2s
  • Records of untaxed income if applicable (ex. Social Security benefits, welfare benefits, or veteran benefits)
  • Bank statements and records of investment (if applicable)
  • Social Security Number (if applicable)
  • Driver's License (if applicable)
  • Alien Registration Number (for non-citizens)

TASFA Required Documents

FAFSA Saturdays will also offer assistance with the Texas Application for State Financial Aid or TASFA form for non-citizens who are classified as Texas residents.
