The M.A.L.E.S Mentoring & Retention Program supports the Dallas County Community College District’s “Men of Color” Initiative, aimed at increasing the graduation rates of African-American & Latino male students within the DCCCD.
The M.A.L.E.S program is funded and operated by the Office of Student Engagement & Retention at Eastfield College.
There are two ways to become active with the M.A.L.E.S Program.
