The Eastfield College identification card is available to every student, faculty. and staff affiliated with the college. It is valid as long as the cardholder continues an active status with the college. In addition to identifying cardholders, it also provides access to various areas and departments throughout the college such as the Library, Testing Center, Physical Fitness Room, and Swimming Pool.
To receive an ID card, all students enrolled in credit and non-credit classes must present the following documents:
Student must be enrolled in at least one class at Eastfield College. An ID card cannot be created for a previous semester or for classes at another DCCCD campus.
The identification card is the property of Eastfield College and must be shown or surrendered as requested by a college official. It is non-transferable. ID cards must not be shared with others.
Student ID Card Replacement
The first ID card is free. There is a non-refundable replacement fee of $10 for a card that is lost, stolen, damaged, or for those who have had a name change or would prefer another photo. All fees for identification cards must be paid in advance at the cashier’s office. The cashier will provide a receipt of payment that must be shown before a replacement ID card can be issued.
Staff and Faculty
Staff and faculty ID cards can also serve as an electronic access key to various areas on campus. Misplaced or stolen ID cards should be reported immediately to your supervisor and Eastfield’s Police Department. If an electronic access ID card is lost or damaged, please go to Human Resources in CETL C- 236 for a replacement ID card. Staff and faculty will be issued a new ID card upon request; there is not a fee for replacing a staff or faculty ID card. To request a new staff/faculty ID card, please print and sign this document.
Appropriate documentation needed: current driver's license and Eastfield College Staff/Faculty ID Card Request Form. Supervisory approval is mandatory prior to having an ID card made.
Retired employee card
Employees who retire from active employment at Eastfield College are eligible to receive an ID card upon request.
The advising center in C120E is open 8 a.m.-7 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Friday.
